The drive south from Maryland– toward home from our Christmas vacation– was easy!  What of a big comparison to our drive north, before the holiday.  Then it took us 12 hours, yuck….  But now we are home with a challenge for how to organize all the new toys.

For an early Christmas celebration my daughters recieved "Care Bears, Lets have a Ball" and "Let’s Ride!  Coral Club".

At two and a half,my youngest daughter is a computer addict.  She will turn off a cartoon on tv eagerly when you say, "computer time."  The real struggle is getting my own time on the computer!  For the moment I share one Dell computer with my 2 daughters, 2 1/2 and 5 years old, while my husband does his business on his two computers in a closed room.

I recently cooked this recipe with a whole Rock fish.   The Greek flavor is exciting.  This Recipe was found in “The American Heart Association COOKBOOK” third edition:

¼ cup oil
1 ½ cup chopped onion
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 ½ cups canned tomato
½ cup snipped fresh parsley
1 tablespoon dried dill
